Swimming: 3 of 3

  • Warm up
  • 4x: 200M crawl, 400M pull

That's about all I did! I also got some advice from a fellow swimmer, Dan, who said that my hand should enter the water pinky first to avoid damaging my shoulder cuff. He also said that I wasn't horizontal in the water. It's nice of him to point out these things because much as I try to work on buoyancy, I can't see myself underwater and I never know whether I'm doing things correctly or not.
