A friend recently taught me Ujayi breathing. I first heard about it as it related to yoga, but people also do it just before going to bed for deeper sleep. I'm posting it here as a reminder to myself.
- Breathe in 2-3-4
- Hold 2-3-4
- Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6
- Hold 2
- Repeat
Work up to 8 breaths in a round. 3 rounds.
